At Home Fitness Plans
From a personalized monthly plan to a quick 30 minute cardio workout we offer a variety of options if you just need some guidance in the right direction. With every package, we are available 24/7 to answer any questions for you and each plan can be modified as you progress.
This plan is all about you! After sign up, you receive an in-depth questionnaire and trainer consultation. We will write a personalized fitness plan that is individualized specifically to your personal goals and capabilities. Plan includes a weekly personal check-in and we are available 7 days a week by email for questions.
A 3-days in the week one-month program with a variety of different moves that include a mix of cardio/strength and flexibility. If you purchase a 3 or 6 month program, at the end of each month, you get a brand new 3-day plan so your body can advance and progress comfortably.

The plan will start with you filling out a questionnaire with your allergy concerns/likes and dislikes. From there we will organize a list of different options for you, separated by food type, and form a daily plan where you can pull from each list to make meals. The guideline will keep you full and satisfied throughout the day/week/month.
